As Vice President of Engineering for Motorola 3GSM Platform Technology Integration, Keith is responsible for integrating new technologies into GSM and UMTS subscriber products. He joined the Mobile Devices Business in April of 2004.

Prior to joining the UMTS Subscriber Group Keith held the position of Senior Director of Network Advanced Technology in the Global Telecom Solution Sector. In this role Keith was responsible for providing end-to-end solutions across the operation of the cellular network with specific focus on System Technology Solutions, Advanced Radio Technologies, Performance Analysis and System Modeling, Advanced Packet-based Mobile Networking, and Standards. In this role, Keith contributed to technology development, demonstration and standardization efforts for 1xEV-DV and HSDPA.

Keith received a B.S.E.E. from the Illinois Institute of Technology in 1978 and an M.S.E.E. from I.I.T. in 1982 while working for Motorola as a development engineer.
